He's old. Older than his years. Old people tend to go to bed early and wake up super-early. We certainly know that he isn't up late working on important issues concerning the country. He's watching Kardashians. Then he wakes up about 4:00, reheats some KFC for his first breakfast, and starts the Tweet storm. He obviously doesn't have Melanoma there to tell him to go back to sleep.

A couple other would-be HUGE stories broke yesterday, but none of them were mentioned because everyone was flipping out about Nunberg flipping out. We all know that Trump is very at practically nothing -- except deflection and changing the subject.
