Trump filed a lawsuit against Sam Nunberg in July, accusing him of breaching a confidentiality agreement by leaking information to a reporter. The GOP presidential nominee was seeking $10 million in damages.
The Associated Press had reported that Nunberg accused Trump of trying to suppress him "in a misguided attempt to cover up media coverage of an apparent affair" between two other campaign staffers.
Nunberg denied that he was the source for a New York Post story on two campaign staffers spokeswoman Hope Hicks and ousted campaign manager Corey Lewandowski engaging in a public shouting match.
The campaign fired Nunberg a year ago after reports emerged of racist social media posts he had written years earlier.

<snip>
Here are five facts to know about the New York native:
1) He was one of Trumps first political consultants.
Nunberg assisted the real estate magnate during his 2011 speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference, a large annual gathering of right-wing activists. As CNN put it, the speech marked the start of Trumps serious and aggressive foray into Republican politics.
2) Trump has already hired and fired him three separate times.
Nunberg and Trump have what could generously be described as an on-again, off-again relationship. The first time Trump fired Nunberg, it was over an unfavorable BuzzFeed profile.
3) The last time Nunberg was fired, it was for a series of racist Facebook posts.
In one of them, he referred to Rev. Al Sharptons daughter as a N- - -. Nunberg has since apologized to Sharpton

(32,610 posts)1. I have been trying to figure out if he is an attorney.
He attended law school but can't find out if he actually graduated. Also, did he take/pass the bar.

He's not coming across as very bright.

(111,098 posts)3. You would have thought his attorney would have called him after his first interview??
This is all planned out. This guy has been working with Trump since 2011 and has been fired and re-hired three times.
He wants to go to jail so Trump can point out how "unfair" Mueller has been and why he must end his investigation.
