I do think they should send him to jail if he fails to comply.

He also probably wouldn't need to serve.

He isn't refusing to testify on principle just because its inconvenient.

Most likely he would be brought before a judge and the judge would ask Mueller to give him a time frame or a more narrow scope and Nunberg would likely comply.
