U.S. Rep. Tom Graves, R-Ga., told Atlanta police his gun and several other items were stolen from his SUV when it was parked in a downtown deck Saturday night.
Graves and a staff member, Travis Loudermilk, had already left a Baker Street deck when the two realized items were missing from the GMC Yukon, according to an Atlanta police report obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Loudermilk is the son of U.S. Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga.
Graves and Loudermilk each reported their guns were stolen, along with a Bible and other items belonging to Graves, including his congressional ID.

(61,695 posts)1. And now those guns will be used in crimes or
pawned or whatever. Why didn't he give the guns to a teacher like the one in his district who scared the hell out of students by firing his gun in a classroom?
Bible was stolen? Interesting.
