Trump seems to be just learning about Manchin-Toomey bill, which has been vigorously debated since 2013. Says he hadn't heard a lot about it. Suggests bill "didn't have a lot of presidential backing" even though Obama pushed it hard. Says he "likes" responsibility of pushing it.
