A question about Kushner's security clearance

Now that Kelly has downgraded Kushner's security status, can Trump still secretly give him the PDB or any other highly classified information? What would stop Trump from doing this?

It's remarkable that Trump's outrageous behavior has become so normalized that the security of our nation is at risk and no one in the GOP is expressing concern.

He does what he wants, when he wants and it has nothing to do w/ being for the American people. It is all for Trump. He does not lose ground other than a few points every other month. Then he holds a rally and pretends he'll run into burning buildings; his base believes him; he wins back the points he just lost. He believes he can get away with whatever he wants to do and, so far, he has been correct.
