I was never a fan of Billy Graham.

Therefore I find it totally appropriate the none of the living ex-Presidents will attend his funeral. Trump will be there. I bet he can tell you nothing about Graham. GHWB is too fragile to travel, Carter probably does not want to leave Rosalyn who just had surgery. But the other Bush, Clinton and Obama are not going. I suspect this was a choice and one with which I agree.
