Hopefully that lopsided spending discrepancy can be offset in the next couple of weeks if enough small donors chip in. Now rated as a toss-up, I sense that the race is very winnable.

trump won that district in 2016 by 60 points...
Repukes retained the seat but the Dem candidate did more than 20 point better than the 2016 results.
