1. Force them to filabuster each one of the nominees.

Let that be on the news and the public pressure will help get the nominees through. You have to stand up to bullies. Like President Clinton did when Congress threatened a government shutdown. He said go ahead make my day. And he won on that budget. But it took a fight.

We shouldn't let them hold up appointments just because they threaten to filabuster. Make them follow through with the threat and see who the voters go with. Let the news every night be Mitch McConnell's fat face trying to explain why he is trying to sabotage America by blocking these highly qualified judges. We would probably get the judges through and/or win both houses in November. Gotta stand up to these people, it takes a fight.
