That annoying "uptalk" (ending sentences with a high-pitched inflection, as if asking a question) is extremely annoying and makes her sound dumb and frivolous.

"uptalk" is perfect. It drives me crazy. The Kardashians speak this way and that is never a good influence.
When I was a teacher and high school kids would come and help my first graders out for extra credit that is how they spoke too. I thought it would set a negative example for my students. They also have this unusual and unique style of printing that is almost illegible (slanted and angular). My students were taught to print correctly and when the high school helpers would correct their homework and tests my class would come to me since they couldn't tell what was written. Neither could I most of the time.
