People in Appalachia also voted for Clinton, not most in the majority. WV, total pop. 1.5 mill had 26.4% Clinton voters.

Trying to hang blame for Trump all on Appalach is popular with some but False, as the facts show.

Appalachia did not create or produce Trump.

"Appalachia and Coal" did not give Trump the election and is NOT the reason for the massive GOP-Trump sweep of states in 2016.

Trump and Co. are and remain a product of New York, born and bred. Undeniable.

NY, city and state, and the politics there I know well from visiting often and having F&F in the Empire State for 3-4 gens.

When there in the 80s and 90s Trump was a piker, minor league. Who'd have thought, in a million years...

never 'fit in Manhattan,' all well known. That makes some real difference? It's all New York City. Like saying someone's from Southie or Cambridge, not Boston.

Then again, maybe Trump's from Yonkers, kleinedeutschland/Yorkville, LI or Newark. Or Scotland since his mother was from there, or Germany from where his grandfather Fred Sr. immigrated, even though Fred Jr. and Donny claimed they were 'Swedes' (not Germans) beginning with the First World War through the 1970s...
