If he was using it to sell membership in his golf clubs - absolutely. Some states include non-commercial fundraising in the ban, as well - but that is likely not statutory (so it takes more research). A quick look didn't tell me which camp Florida falls into.

If she was my kid, Trump would not have been allowed in the room. Its obvious he would pretend to
care and then use the event for his own benefit.
