4. My SIL and her sister push this idea constantly.

They are unrelenting in pushing that we need religion in school. They don’t understand that means allowing all religions in school, not just their brand of Christianity. Seriously anyone can pray quietly anytime they want during the school day. No one is taking any Bibles from students. But it’s tough to convince them.

The last time one of my Southern "friends" from high school went on a rant about putting prayer back into the schools I simply asked who's prayer book should they allow. Knowing full well he meant Christian prayers only.

When I pointed out he'd have to allow Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Sikh, Shinto, Buddhist and others in addition to Christian prayers he lost it and unfriended me. Oh darn.
