My god this argument is not something to argue with them about on their terms. Like you can’t expect that of a teacher. You get all off track!!

The issue is why the fuck do we need to make our schools armed prisons for our children to safely go to school?

That is the question and the answer is because we allow people to purchase assault weapons legally and easily. As easy as you purchase your milk from a convenience store.

Outlaw those damned weapons. No person needs one.

Teachers should not be asked to arm themselves in order to switch into a bodyguard mode in the event of an active shooter situation. This is bad idea from front to back.

These military styled weapons should be banned and if that cannot happen magazines / clips / drums...whatever one want to call the device that holds and feed the ammo into a firearm should limited to ten rounds max for all firearms. The bullets themselves should also be reduced in power from the high velocity speeds they now are capable of to lower velocity speed similar to that of a hand gun round.
