Tom Green is IN, repping Rick Gates. Means a plea deal may be on the near-horizon. This was filed in federal court ~40 minutes AFTER Daily Beast reported Gates fired Tom Green.

Mueller probably offered him a deal, but Gates thought he could do better if he played the waiting game. Loser, now he is going to play the barter for cigarettes game in the cell block.
