Heading out to an event for my Congresswoman, Stephanie Murphy.

I went to a couple of these before. It is not a packed event. There is plenty of time for her to talk to everyone in the room. And she does, I have meet her before, twice.

At one of these events I got to meet Nancy Pelosi and Sen Nelson. Not just meet and greet. Meet and talk for a while.

Congresswoman Stephanie Murphy represents (D-FL 7th District) since 2017. She flipped the seat from red to blue. So now we got to hold it!

It was a great event!

Murphy will be speaking at the March Four Our Lives in Orlando!

The gun issue is what compelled her to run in 2016. It was the Pulse shootings. She ran a 4 month campaign against a 22 year incumbent republican and won. The guy cashed his nra check like a few days after the Pulse shootings. This is Winter Park FL, so that shooting was home! It did not play well here. I am glad she will be at the march!

Now we got to keep this seat.

I signed up to vol. I start this saturday.
