They would come to So Fla and get treatment for their conditions and the Canadian government would pay thru the nose. The problem, from what my patients would say is that, yes it was their medical insurance was covered but it took forever to get treatment. The government stopped the practice of covering American medical payments other than emergency treatment.
So if you can wait you get treated. If not, well ...........

Care is prioritized as it is here.
Rural areas suffer more with waiting like here.

None...and I mean none of the Canadians I've talked with would trade their system in for ours.

Just not the wait time.. Hell if I was sick I'd like to be treated quickly. One friends grandfather had to wait to get into a TB hospital.... He did not make it..
