https://www.courthousenews.com/man-arrested-with-guns-outside-missouri-high-school/At least there is now a focus on the GUN (even if legally obtained) by law enforcement...because guns are Kid Killers and only GUNS can do mass School Kids GUN Murders.
ST. LOUIS (CN) A 23-year-old Missouri man was federally charged Wednesday with bringing guns and a machete to a suburban St. Louis high school.
Dustin Lockwood is charged with possessing a firearm in a school zone in Arnold, a town of 21,250 southwest of St. Louis. He is in custody pending a hearing on Feb. 26. He faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.
Arnold police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were called to Fox Senior High School at about 4 p.m. Tuesday when a school staff member reported a man sitting in a black 2001 Toyota Corolla in the school parking lot, who appeared to have a rifle case in the passenger seat, according to an affidavit.
Officers approached and saw Lockwood sitting in the drivers seat with a gray and back rifle case in the rear of the car.

(23,946 posts)Has evil Wayne heard about this violation of the right to carry firearms while lying in wait in a school zone?
Only reason this was NOT legal is because of this anti-second amendment law! Do NOT tell Shitler!

(146,317 posts)Throw the book at those who issue death threats, too. Those are felonies, as well. Take their damned guns away after conviction, too. Convicted felons can't own firearms.
Let's actually use the laws we have until we pass some new ones.

(3,208 posts)This guy is beyond stupid. He needs to pay a very large fine and spend some time in jail.
Did this car have a trunk? If he really was taking the gun to the pawn shop, he should have put it there.
My local paper, which does not cover the city this happened in, often has reports of guns being stolen from vehicles. That is irresponsible in my opinion.
