Schools and the public at large is still hanging out there. And it will be more than schools. Vegas was not a school, that bar was not a school, Aurora theater was not a school, et al.

The "never again" movement is our best chance for a good start, but it is just a start. The GOP controls a lot of political ground. And the GOP has a lot of money, a robust RW hate media, Fox news, and a legion of dangerous gun nuts already armed beyond belief. So it will be a very hard to get anything done. It could years while the carnage continues.

has remaining on Earth. They are devoted nihilists. If we can't stop this insanity, our days are numbered. (and theirs also)

Just like West Paducah, KY; Pearl, MS; Springfield, OR; Littleton, CO (all while Clinton was President) Virginia Tech; Lancaster Co., PA; Red Lake, MN (all while Bush was President) the Pulse Nightclub; San Bernardino; Aurora, CO (all while Obama was President.) And dozens of others throughout the years. Not one of those presidents, of either party, has done anything. Everyone has talked the talk, but no one--NO ONE of either party--has done anything.

The big question is, why do you expect anything to be different this time?
