Trump will tie any measure to improve background checks, raise the age for rifle purchasing, and banning bump stocks to arming teacher in schools or having concealed carry reciprocity. And if the bill doesn't contain one or both of those things, it will give him an easy excuse to veto it or call for its rejection.
