Arming teachers is trump's answer, saying it would have ended sooner, but a assault weapons ban could have , as statistics have shown, stopped it completely, or lower the numbers of attacks, and numbers of killed. trump's arming teachers was probably from the NRA telling him what to do. The GOP will not protect our school kids, voters will next election.

I can't imagine that anyone who still plans to vote Republican in 2020 --despite the many, many wakeup calls since they gave control of our federal and most state governments to the Republicans-- would be dissuaded in the slightest by this.
