A new Quinnipiac poll finds American voters give President Trump a negative 37% to 58% approval rating, down from 40% to 55% earlier this month.

By a 57% to 41% margin voters say that Trump is not fit to serve as president. There is a wide gender gap, with men divided 49% to 49% on whether Trump is fit. Women say 65% to 33% he is not fit.
