It's a shame that the only Youtube version with better audio of this I could find is the Infowars' account itself, which I refuse to link to because I don't want to give them free views, but it's there for viewing if you want.

The Infowars personality in question is Laura Loomer. She's previously been associated with James O'Keefe's Project Veritas. Her most notorious stunt was a scene straight out of the first Naked Gun movie where she disrupted a performance of Julius Caesar at Shakespeare in the Park. Besides Rep. Deutch, she's also accosted--among other people--Muslim American Uber drivers and Chelsea Clinton. You can read up on this lovely little peach here:

Since the Parkland shooting, Loomer has been down in South Florida, trying to gin up the "crisis actors" conspiracy theory. As I reported earlier today, some in the media have taken her bait:
