I told her because Florida is a state you need to win in Presidential elections, they have 29. Also, those students will be able to vote before Trump runs in 2020, so there is an only political reason to invite them.So they got an invite so he can tickle their ears. The real students from Parkland have refused to go to DC. There was a town hall meeting scheduled there for this and drumpf refused to attend, wanting them to come to him. FAKE!! unless there is a payoff of some kind, political or financial. Probably trying to salvage Florida, and a clumsy attempt at that, like everything he does. However, with the large number of Puerto Ricans who have recently moved to Florida, and who can vote (being American citizens) it may have definitively tipped Blue.
