When did Russia & Trump court each other in 2014, because Obama placed Russian sanctions on 3/2014?

Part of the timeline for Trump & Russia seems to indicate that Russia was pissed and wanted to fuck with the US.

I'm wondering if the sanctions came first, Trump was courted and swayed, then Russia's hacking/media attacks.

The sanctions were part of that too, but Putin feared Hillary. She was a threat to his power and wealth.

She was on to him about something more than the Ukraine, what exactly I dunno.

He needed new Technology to fix his Oil Industry and the only ones who had that was Exxon Mobile and the Sanctions prevent Exxon sell it to Putin. Sanctions were killing Putin's Steel and Aluminum Industries and once Trump got Elected, several millions of dollars of Steel suddenly were offload in New Jersey Ports as well as Aluminum.

Clinton would maintain Sanctions are most likely add to them. Every nasty political conflicts always seem to involve Oil.
