You know one thing we need to address?

The section of conservatives who claim that they are pro life and pro gun. I see this shit all the time, and it comes up every single mass shooting. Look, if you support one of these things, you can't look me in the eye and tell me that you support both.

You honestly can't say that you support the right to own an AK47 or an AR15. And you support the right to use said weapon on someone. And then in the same breath tell me that life is precious and aborting fetuses is akin to first degree murder.

You know what else is murder? Murder. Killing someone is killing someone is killing someone. Doesn't matter what the weapon that was used and it doesn't matter what the setting was where it happened, Dead people just don't magically come back to life. This isn't movies or video games.

In the TV show "Burn Notice", Michael Weston had a point that still resonates - no matter what the situation - a guy with a gun is a guy with a gun. And you can argue that other things kill people, and I get that. But they don't do the kind of devastation that a semi automatic can do in a matter of short minutes.

Look, you either support the right of all beings - human or otherwise - to live without the fear of getting shot, or you shut the fuck up. To honestly say that you support both in the same sentence is the textbook definition of hypocrisy. And the last time I checked, Jesus hated the hypocrites.

I'm incorporating Christopher Titus' motto from here on out - Fight stupid or stupid thinks it's right.
