15. It will only backfire if we stand behind these kids. They can't do it alone.

But we have to remember that a quarter of these kids and their peers will be voting in a year, and another quarter, the year after that and on and on. If we as Democrats are the party that supports them and back their cause, they will remember that when it comes to picking a political party and voting. If Trump disparages them, we have to be the one standing beside them. We'd be smart to help them as much as we can.

I don't think the young man needed much coaching - if any. He's too composed and clear when he speaks to be just repeating lines he's given. Unlike 45, who can't speak off the cuff, this young man answers questions thoughtfully and cogently because he has his own thoughts.

I will not waver from my support of these brave students. They are 100% right on the money with their cause.
