Jared Kushners companies have been subpoenaed by the IRS

Last edited Mon Feb 19, 2018, 06:45 PM - Edit history (4)

Transcript:

Jared Kushner and his family, the companies, the real estate ventures that they own, have been subpoenaed by the IRS for documents relating to their investments, and their investors, and the loans that they have received.
Now, this was originally reported by Bloomberg and unfortunately it was kind of short on specifics as to what exactly the IRS is trying to find in Jared Kushner, and his family, and his company’s history, but we do know that the subpoenas are asking for information all the way back from the year 2010, which means potentially for seven, eight years now, Kushner and his family, through their companies, have been involved in some unsavory dealings in terms of getting money, lending money, borrowing money, and what have you.

One thing the Bloomberg article did point out is that this investigation into Kushner has absolutely no connection whatsoever to the Robert Mueller special prosecutor’s investigation into the Trump Administration, which means, ladies and gentlemen, right now Jared Kushner is technically involved in two completely separate investigations into potential criminal conduct. You know, Jared Kushner, a guy who has a security clearance in spite of the fact that he hasn’t been officially given a security clearance or passed a background check, shouldn’t be in the White House whatsoever. I mean, all of the potential signs that are available show us that he should probably be headed to prison, or at least trying to find the best lawyers in this country to defend him, because that’s what he’s going to need.

When you’re involved in two separate investigations, one involving potential treason, the other involving potential fraud of some kind with your financial dealings, you’re probably not, as Trump would say, the best people. You know, Kushner, to his credit, has been very successful in life. Most of it, almost all of it actually, from his parents and from marrying into money, but there’s only so long that you can continue to skirt the law. There’s only so long you can do these shady things in public, or private, excuse me, before they become public. That’s what Jared Kushner is finding out.

We also learned this past week that he and Ivanka’s personal debt since they came to the White House has increased by $155 million. Something’s not right here. Something’s not adding up with the Kushner family finances, and that is exactly what the IRS is hoping to find out from this investigation, and hopefully, at the end of all this, whether it’s the Mueller investigation or the IRS investigation, we can get Jared Kushner and his potential threat to national security completely out of the White House.

<snip>
The Internal Revenue Service and the Justice Department issued the subpoenas within the past year, according to the person. The tax inquiry appears unrelated to other investigations that have since burst into public view. It began before Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed in May to investigate Russian election meddling. In a separate action around that time, U.S. prosecutors in Brooklyn sought information from Kushner Cos. about its use of a foreign visa program.

In the tax investigation, it’s unclear whether authorities are looking at Kushner business associates or the company itself.

Sounds like the main focus is on the company, including the investors.

They sold green cards. Did they help facilitate espionage?

Also, is the money that the investors put into Kushner Cos. dirty? What is the source?

The feeling is stronger. This house of cards is going to be pulled down.

There is Mueller and now the IRS and I imagine NY AG Schneiderman. Are their investigations overlapping? If one investigation fails to nail this smug, entitled duo will a different one be able to continue with their separate investigation?

Regarding his failure to disclose on govt forms, he claimed he did not report hundreds of millions from Deutsche Bank (that bailed out a property worth less than the "loan" amount" and included a $75 million line of credit for him and his mom) because although the money had not been repaid, there was no obligation to repay????

First the Russians, whom no one, not even Trump, could criticize

Now Kushner, who is not a long time Republican operative, does not have ties or loyalties to the Republican establishment. In fact there are reports of tension because of Kushner's privileged unearned status in Washington. So not many are going to criticize this, at least to themselves.

Mitch and Ryans lament:

First they came for the Russians, but I did not speak out because I'm not Russian
Then they came for Trump's inlaws, but I did not speak out because I'm not related to Trump and also I'm envious of the little twerp.
Then they came for Trump's inner circle, but I did not speak out because frankly a lot of them are bat shit crazy and i want to look "moderate" and sane to voters
Then they came for Trump, but I did not speak out because by now, I simply can't, he is now radioactive to any political campaign.
Then they came for me and the other colluders that accepted bribes and help from Putin's laundered money, and there was no one left, with any credibility, in the conservative mainstream, to speak out for me.

Mon Feb 19, 2018, 07:21 PM
Feb 2018

In 2007 Kushner purchased 666 5th Avenue for $1.8 BILLION. They planned to develop the building into upscale condos, shopping and office space. Didn't work out. They bought at the height of the NYC real estate market, just before the market crashed. Their current partner told them the project is "not feasible, we want out."

Kushner has a payment of $1.3 BILLION due in January 2019.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/kushner-redevelopment-plan-for-666-5th-ave-deemed-not-feasible-by-partner/2017/10/31/1214de9a-be54-11e7-97d9-bdab5a0ab381_story.html?utm_term=.098b0d6bc675

"Without the redevelopment plan, it’s unclear how the Kushner Cos. will pay off the debt. About one-fourth of the offices are empty, and the lease revenue does not cover monthly interest payments, requiring regular cash infusions."

If this were a Godfather movie, they'd be sending someone to break his legs. We can always hope.

My sainted grandmother told me never to be mean to anyone, however, I really believe she will forgive me for hoping that smarmy bastard and his blow-up doll wife both go down in flames -- really, really big flames.
