As I've watched a list of the recent massacres in the past 20 years or so,

starting with Columbine, I realized that this most horrific event has really been the only catalytic venue.

Columbine was the first, no one thought that there would be repeats.

The students at Virginia Tech were individuals who knew each other but, perhaps, not many cohesive bonds.

The kids at Sandy Hook were, of course, kids and the parents numb, realizing that they still had to carry on with their regular lives.

The revelers at Las Vegas were a collection of strangers, most of them. And the worshipers in Texas some were old, some very young with, again, need to carry on with their lives.

But here we have young adults, they have the numbers, they know each other and they can afford to just "being mad as hell and not taking it anymore."

I do hope that this will finally lead to something. Starting with bringing back the Feinstein ban on assault weapons and let's hope that it is not too late. That there already many weapons stored in the country.
