You have to wonder how we ended up with two of the worst presidents in history with Trump now being the worst before he has barely gotten started. These guys were so bad they should have lost even to an ape. But here we are. And their elections or selections by outside forces says so much about how our electorate has grown ignorant and even more racist than their forebears during the civil rights movement.

Now that we are here how do we reverse all of this madness? The state of our election system makes it hard to be confident of the outcome considering how badly damaged it is by the GOP and big money. And our damaged media is no help. Our best hope is to overwhelm the system by our vote that even cheating won't help.

We cannot afford 8 years of Trump. Well we cannot afford 4 years either.

1. It's backlash...

Bill Clinton was flawed, but he got shit done. Plus, try as they might, they could never make anything really stick to him. Thus, Repubs hated him. The counter to him was Junior Bush.

President Obama not only got a lot done against huge obstruction from the Repubs, he was morally superior to any President in recent memory. Plus, of course, he violated the cardinal sin of succeeding while black. He cut to the soul of the staunchest white nationalist/supremecist factions in our nation.

Trump is the backlash against what the right has been demonizing since the early Clinton days, the fact that liberals and progressives are winning the demographic battle and they are desperate to maintain power.

Not our "best" but ONLY hope is to overwhelm the voting system with outreach and GOTV. The soul of our country really is at stake here.

the way to fix this is to stop ignoring talk radio.

dems still blame fox, now social media, and symptoms of ignoring talk radio for 30 years. and the russians have probably been using it for a decade or more.

all the benghazi email imigration wall bullshit that got us here and still drives the base was unchallenged repetition from talk radio with some fox on top.
