3. His initial response

Was to blame Black Widow but Gen Kelley through some crayons gave him a briefing he understood that she was not actually Black. So plan B was to find the next available minority and when Dump was eating the grape flavored crayon he heard this guy (Black Panther) was from a regime in Africa, he nearly choked. Jumping around screaming that’s got to be the bad guy just look at him and how dark his skin is!

At least that’s how it played out in my head.
