If Trump gives a blanket pardon to all involved in the Russia-Trump Conspiracy

This will open the flood gates of an epic Democratic landslide in the 2018 mid-terms of 1932 FDR proportions.

I know, the crazies, Fox News, Russian Bots on social media etc.

However, I think an extra 10 to 15 % will have had enough at such a blatant obstruction of justice and power grab and it would inspire many more to vote.
