Our 'Winter break' is over the Christmas - New Year's holidays.

Our Spring break is March 26-29.

That's typically billed as Christmas vacation

February is winter break

April is spring vacation

The Presidents Day holiday is what this break is tied to whereas their March one has the Vernal Holiday, which is not here in New England.
