Were the victims collateral damage to a US Predator strike?
-> state “the US has always, and will always, do everything possible to avoid injuring non combatants in the fight against terrorism”

Was the murderer a terroriist acting in a European or other capitalist country?
-> state “we stand together with our allies in (name of ally) in the fight against the evil scourge of terrorism”

Was the murderer a terrorist acting in a Muslim country?
