Norm Eisen — founder and board chair of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) — compared special counsel Robert Mueller to a “short order cook” in response to news that former Trump 2016 official Rick Gates is now a cooperating witness.

“Norm, what do you make of the fact that Mueller has been able to flip three people?” asked anchor Ana Cabrera, meaning former national security adviser Mike Flynn, campaign aide George Papadopoulos and now Gates.

“He’s flipping them like a short order cook, Ana,” said Eisen gleefully. “And what I make of it is this was a campaign led by a candidate who evinced contempt for the rule of law and for ethics.”

immunity deal before this is over and name names and try to walk away with a lot of money. This probably includes members of the Russian mob (He is now counting on lifelong Secret Service protection) This means that his underlings know that they had better cut deals now, because their boss will cheerfully throw them to the wolves to save his own skin when the time comes. It is how Trump does business. He is a known FBI informer.


Nixon's people were mostly loyal, because they knew Nixon was not going to rat on them. Trump's people know that he will turn on them in a heartbeat to save himself. The speed with which they are rolling over should tell you a lot about Trump character. He is no Bandit King. He is a Zero Mostell from The Producers. A fraud.
