Republicans cannot continue to ignore these child massacres in our schools nor can they continue to ignore their treasonous leader in the White House. The victims, the children, are speaking out against the NRA and anyone, Democrat or Republican, that continues to take money from them. It's different this time. They can ignore it but it is not going away.
The betrayal of Donald Trump to our country and our Constitution is an issue of utmost urgency. Something must be done. We cannot permit such treason to continue in the highest office in our land.

(42,641 posts)As they will ignore the signs of Trump's general unfitness and criminality as long as Trump is their useful tool. It is all about Judges, deregulation, and tax cuts.

(31,261 posts)That nothing will be done. I also am afraid that we are likely a few weeks from the next massacre. Sort of depressing, but that is our reality until democrats have strong control of government at all levels.
Look, Trump, Ryan, McConnell and others have security 24/7, they don't have to be worried about some psycho shooting up a place while they hide, waiting for help. What we face as everyday citizens will not be their reality.
