"If the GOAL of Russia was to create discord, disruption and chaos within the US" then that definitely is a basis for Committee Hearings and Investigations

He usually gets his instructions about what to tweet from watching Fox. Usually, they have a set time , usually in the morning, usually Fox and Friends. He watches , gets his instructions, he tweets the arranged message ("Keywords", word for word not necessary), Russian bots than tweet the same "keywords".

Certain media outlets than push the same "keywords" in articles , set pieces or panel discussions.

It's a very simple system, but the patterns are recognizable.

Sometimes Trump fucks it up. Sometimes his tweets are his own . But almost all his morning tweets are planned, scheduled . Today , I imagine, he's gone a bit off-script, but I'm sure he got all his "keywords" in.

Fox and Friends is content scripted , so it's possible the on-air personalities are in the dark.
