Large cities and counties have dispensaries in operation, at least in Orlando and south. My area don't have them yet. I want to see recreational pot decriminalized next so that kids don't get records.

Hopefully while Jeff Sessions is distracted by the Russia Investigation. He may not have the time to pay attention while states slowly adopt Other state laws already on the books.

A commission is working out the rules for dispensing, and patients will be able to get prescriptions by July of 2019.
