what does Mueller have to do to tRUMP to stop him

from issuing all pardons? Is there anyway Mueller can do this? Just wondering here.

But he can only pardon federal crimes, not state crimes, if he does that and the states have a case on much the same things with the same evidence they would just be tried in state courts..also if they accept the pardon they are admitting guilt... might not work out all that well for them

I am not sure how any double jeopardy would be here if they went to trial maybe it kicks in, on the other hand if a trial were held there would be a lot of doors opened through discovery and testimony....
