There is no reason why there should be anyone in the White House without the requisite clearances.
There is no shortage of personnel with the proper credentials, education, and expertise who are willing and capable to serve in the Executive Branch without having to rely on people who cannot pass an FBI Background Clearance. Where there may very well be a shortage of, is personnel willing to pledge loyalty to Donald Trump. But this should not be a problem since there is no such requirement, nor should there ever be.
All federal employees, to include political appointees, take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, "so help me God". That is the only loyalty oath that is required. Any federal employee or political appointee, should feel safe in reporting up their chain of command, any evidence that they should become aware of, or come in contact with, that is in conflict with that oath that they took, even when that conflict is being perpetrated by the POTUS. In the instance where the perpetrator has insufficient experience or is ignorant of the fact that their actions are in violation of their duties and responsibilities, or to the Constitution, that makes it even more urgent and your duty to report.
SHIT HAPPENS!!!! It is the responsibility of ALL federal employees and ALL political appointees, as employees and citizens of this great nation, to minimize and constrain the SHIT, not cover it up or help the POTUS conceal it. Anyone who is unwilling to do so, should find another job, immediately.
