(17,235 posts)2. If a firearm is acquired through a raffle or the like and the individual or organization
requires a background check and possible registration through a licenced Federal Firearms Dealer, what would be the problem in acquiring a firearm in this way? There are solutions to guarding against the acquisition of firearms by the wrong people, while keeping the second amendment intact.
