New York State A.G. Schneiderman wins against Citizens United!

Schneiderman charged Citizens United for keeping campaign sources a secret.
Citizens lost, so they appealed, and the appeal court backed up Schneiderman's case.

If I recall correctly, the opinions in the Citizens United case that made corporations equal to living humans there were clear statements that disclosure requirements would not be unconstitutional at all.

This case seems to fall under that umbrella.

they sell in NYC on the stairs of the subway stops. You climb the stairs after getting off the subway, it's raining, there's some guy there hawking $10 umbrellas. You buy one, it falls apart at the first gust of wind over 10 mph. I must have 50 of them, always thinking I can "fix them". Ain't gonna' happen. They're made from the cheapest plastic known to man, and are designed to blow out almost immediately.

I'm sure these are the umbrellas of which you speak.

in this state. Many people don't know it, but New York is bright red in the rural areas. It's only the metropolitan areas that keep the state blue. George Pataki was an aberration.
