It seems we have a mass killing every week or almost every day. Nobody does anything other than offering 'hope and prayers' as if THAT will do any goddamned good.

I am so tired of this. I hopped in the car from work and had satellite radio on so wasn't getting any news then flipped it over to MSNBC and they're talking about a mass shooting at a high school. I immediately get tears in my eyes. I have high school kids I can't even imagine what those parents, teachers and those kids are feeling.

But nothing will be done. Absolutely nothing. But there will be tons and tons of thoughts and prayers from the enabling Republicans.

We don't. We let gun-fanciers get away with this crap. There are gunner dads out there right now teaching their kids how to shoot and kill people.
