Trump/GOP Really Want To Turn The Safety Net Over To The Churches/Private Charities.

The ruse is that conservatives have always believed that churches and private charities should be the safety net. They want to go back to the late 19th century when there were NO government programs.

They want to block grant federal money to these organizations.
