What the hell? Why does anyone want to do this? Why would anyone develop the algorithms to allow such intrusions?
I'm getting old, I guess.

It's a complete WTF. Some countries outlaw this, but in the US even your cities/states are happy to sell your personal information to these outfits that collect data on you and give it to anyone. It's outrageous. These services are all over the place.
