(25,251 posts)They have cover to cheat and steal the elections in the states and if they do - we blame in on the Russians and their tampering instead of a concerted effort by Repugs in the states to steal the election.
If the Dems win back the House - the Repugs will cry foul - and that the Dems won because the Russians tampered with the election and helped the Dems.
Either way - they will have a story to appeal to their base.
