New website lets you evaluate partisanship of each State's redistricting plan, back to 1972

Had a chat today with the head of the National Democratic Redistricting Commission, and she mentioned this new resource: https://planscore.org/

Currently, the most heavily skewed districts are in PA (before redrawing), NC and SC.

This is why the nonpartisan redistricting is so important there. Accurate, fair districts could very well swing multiple seats in PA.

I'm fascinated -- and appalled -- by the whole gerrymandering problem. I am all in favor of 0% favor to either party. Let's get non-partisan taskforces to sort it out at the state level.
