Let's be honest, you have no basis to believe the individual, much less a blog post that claims the individual said it. Bottom line is that no candidate from Hillary Clinton down has stated they believe their loss was due to vote flipping. I, on the other hand have talked to Party Chairs who outlined a series of campaign strategy problems which I as a volunteer was able to confirm in the field.
