David Crosby: Shared dislike for Trump could reunite Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young

They can’t stand each other, but a founding member of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young says a shared, intense dislike for President Trump could ultimately get the estranged band back together.

“They’re all mad at me. But they all dislike Donald Trump very much, the same way I do,” David Crosby tells Billboard magazine of his former bandmates in an interview published Monday.

“We dislike [Trump] intensely because he’s a spoiled child who can’t do his job,” the 76-year-old “Wooden Ships” singer says.

“So a reunion is possible. We don’t like each other, but we like Trump a whole lot less.”

Calling Trump a “wretched person,” Crosby says the president is “the worst kind of landlord; and a racist.”

It’s not the first time that the band's founding member has hinted at a possible reunion due to hostility towards the commander in chief.

In December, Crosby retweeted a Variety article with the headline: “Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young Could Reunite — Because They Hate Trump More Than Each Other.”

How about a big ol' USA reunion tour complete with new anti- drumpf music.

Sung in that cool harmony that CSNY do. Be an instant hit. This could be a good thing from their mutual hate for the orange it. The concert tour would be a hoot! "We hate each other but damn it we hate that orange thing more." Maybe this tour could start around late July and run thru Nov 5, 2018. Turn it into a traveling political rally. It would these guys a chance to re-live their youth, it is 50 years later. They could get peeps like The Boss, Meloncamp, Cher, Green Day, and I am sure a whole slew of musicians would sign on. Make it a festival with politics. The Obama's, The Clinton's, and tons of Dems could pop up. Help rally the GOTV.

5. I "spoke" with Crosby for a few minutes the other night on twitter...I think it would be great

for him to have a CSNY project to work on.

He's been working on other music, but I think a CSNY song would be great medicine for him. He's not been feeling well and it could be good for him, and good for all of us, to hear from them about Trumpy and company.
