Watch Cooper Anderson's CNN interview with Joe Biden.
It serves as a much-needed reminder that there are good people among us, people who fight the good fight every day against all odds, people who live with personal tragedy and still manage to stand up to a tyrannical idiot and make their voices heard.
VP Biden's recounting of the passing of his son, Beau, is heartbreaking - while his commitment to our country and its well-being is truly inspiring.

Yep. She still fights the good fight as well.

(16,254 posts)Beau was so polite and gracious...very serious. Over the times they were in town, I was fortunate enough to also meet his sister and both of the boys. It was quite obvious they were very close to and respectful of their father.
I am trying to get up enough nerve to read Joe's book, "Promise Me, Dad" which I received for Christmas, but I know it will be sad.

I was blubbering like a child and it felt so good. And then Trump came on saying let's have a shutdown, because Mexico isn't paying for the wall!
